Senior Vice President Marshall Collins is the former U.S. Customs Service Director of Covert Operations.

As Director of Covert Operations, Collins developed programs for Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) offices throughout the Office of Investigations. He also served as the national point of contact for the Covert Operations Division for all actions regarding undercover operations and investigations impacting the SAIC offices.

Prior to his position as Director, Collins also served as the U.S. Customs Service Assistant Attaché for The Hague, Netherlands and was a Senior Special Agent in the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
