You can print this form with fields blank or print it after you have filled in the blanks. You can also save the form with your input by "printing" it to a file such as a Microsoft Image Writer file instead of sending it to a printer. To do this, simply select print from the file menu in the upper left of your screen, then select "print to file" or change the printer to Microsoft Document Image Writer (or an equivalent application). The saved file should contain the entire form including your input data. You can also subsequently change that file to a .PDF if you desire.
