Jared K. Stern After serving in the United States Marine Corps and subsequently conducting intelligence operations overseas, Mr. Stern possesses extensive investigative experience and risk-mitigation expertise. He specializes in threat assessment, counter-measures development, and crisis response. Mr. Stern has a thorough knowledge of U.S. and foreign-intelligence operations, counter terrorism, and assault tactics. He has experience in jungle warfare and specialized military operations in high-risk environments, and has recently provided client security and force protection in Iraq and other Middle-East countries.


Mr. Stern's expertise in strategic-security planning has contributed to Prudential Associates emergence as a pre-eminent risk management and force-protection company focused on threat-related intelligence gathering, vulnerability assessments, and high-risk environment security solutions. He has developed a unique reputation as a top-tier advisor on close-protection management and advanced-training services for close-quarters combat, tactical weapons, and critical-incident management.


Mr. Stern provides leadership and supervision to his highly trained, seasoned team of intelligence operatives and special-operations personnel who implement security operations, crisis management, and specialized-force protection solutions. Mr. Stern routinely appears on national television and radio programs, providing expert commentary concerning terrorism, special-warfare tactics and intelligence operations. He is a globally recognized expert on terrorism countermeasures and advanced risk management.

Marshall CollinsSenior Vice President Marshall Collins is the former U.S. Customs Service Director of Covert Operations.


As Director of Covert Operations, Collins developed programs for Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) offices throughout the Office of Investigations. He also served as the national point of contact for the Covert Operations Division for all actions regarding undercover operations and investigations impacting the SAIC offices.


Prior to his position as Director, Collins also served as the U.S. Customs Service Assistant Attach for The Hague, Netherlands and was a Senior Special Agent in the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.

Steve K. NeildSteve Neild served with the New Zealand Police Department for 19 years, during which time he lead the special operations section and focused on counter-terrorism and dignitary protection.


His special expertise is in VIP protection and major event security planning. His experience has included work for the 2000 Olympics, the 2001 Queensland Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), close protection planning and management for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), for the Royal Families of Britain, Thailand, and Brunei, U.S. President Clinton, and many other elected heads of state. Mr. Neild has also served in leadership roles of large-scale security operations during the 2000 and 2004 Olympics and numerous major sporting events worldwide.


He has been the central point of contact and liaison with marketing and major corporate management operations, local police, various military representatives, and with government and international intelligence agencies.


Mr. Neild also has substantial experience in law enforcement and counter-terrorism operations and management of large critical facilities, such as Auckland International Airport in Auckland, New Zealand. This developed his skills in project and change management, business continuity, and risk management, comprising strategic asset protection and emergency planning, along with civil defense and security related aircraft crew/response personal training exercises.

Chris Lawton

Vice President of South Pacific Ops.


Twenty years with the New Zealand Police, and work as a commissioned officer with the New Zealand Armed Forces, has made Chris Lawton a quick-thinking multi-task strategist and an effective professional leader.


His training and his developed skills cover a lot of ground ... from strategic security and rapid response planning, to complex close personal protection, high-risk (bomb) search, counter terrorism, and critical activities in volatile situations. He's also an experienced trainer of security personnel.


In Auckland New Zealand this work has included planning and management for the Police Emergency Response Center, with special emphasis on the protection of critical city assets, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as high level security operations for Commonwealth Heads Of Government (CHOGM).


Chris has also served in East Timor as Deputy Chief of Security for the United Nations, which included protecting critical assets from military action, close VIP protection in extremely hazardous situations, and the expert training of local personnel.
